Calcium carbonate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), glazing agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerol).

Take one tablet daily with a glass of water.
Caution: Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Warnings: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Do not use if the blister packaging (inner foil) is broken or tampered with. Keep out of reach of children.

Calcium Mega is a swallowable tablet, not a chew.
