This green vegetable powder is packed full of soluble & insoluble fibre. Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil utilises flax, sunflower and sesame seed oils which after extraction leaves behind a fibre rich seed husk . This is put into the Beyond Greens to make it a powerhouse combination of green vegetables & fibre together.
